Arcanum LLC was formed in 2005 by Christopher Deverell.  From 1992 to 2005 he was a principal of the M.A. Joint Venture and Mayford LLC building custom homes in the Central Florida market ranging in price from $750,000 to $3,000,000.

 

Arcanum LLC is the exclusive builder for Amsford LLC, a newly formed real estate investment company.  Additionally, Arcanum is one of the approved builders in Reunion and in Knowles Place at Windsong in Winter Park, Florida.

 

Arcanum LLC is a member of the Master Custom Builders Council, an organization which has pledged to maintain the highest professional standards in the home building industry.  As a member, Arcanum has become a part of the area’s leading custom and luxury home builders “who have dedicated themselves to using their craft and workmanship to help make Central Florida an even finer place to live.”  

 

About Christopher Deverell

 

Christopher Deverell is a state certified Residential Contractor. He received a formal education in Construction Management and qualified as a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1970. His experience includes Construction Management and Development in Great Britain, Europe, and the Middle East as a director of a large UK based construction and development company.

 

He has resided in Orlando since 1986 when he came to the United States to establish the Lake Nona Development in Southeast Orange County. In 1992 he became a partner in the M.A. Joint Venture, a custom home builder which constructed over 100 custom homes in Lake Nona Estates, Kissimmee Bay, Windsong, Lake Butler Sound and elsewhere in the community.

 

Now as president of Arcanum LLC, he continues to combine expertise and experience to build distinctive luxury homes of the highest caliber.
